Omni Workhub is an AI-powered project, research, and knowledge management workspace. We provide tools for organizing work, conducting research, and interacting with multiple AI models through a unified interface. By accessing or using Omni Workhub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Omni Workhub. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree not to use Omni Workhub to: (a) engage in any unlawful activities or violate applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or another user's data; (c) abuse, overload, or disrupt platform resources or infrastructure; (d) infringe intellectual property rights of Omni Workhub or any third party; (e) transmit harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or deceptive content; (f) impersonate any person or entity.
AI-generated content produced through Omni Workhub may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before relying on them for any purpose. Omni Workhub makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content.
Research outputs, summaries, literature reviews, and analyses produced by Omni Workhub are informational only and do not constitute professional advice. Omni Workhub does not provide medical, legal, financial, scientific, or other expert advice. You should always consult qualified professionals before making decisions in these domains.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Omni Workhub is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
Omni Workhub offers subscription plans including Basic (free), Pro, and Elite Pro. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access through that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Omni Workhub reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Omni Workhub and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by Omni Workhub and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By uploading content, you grant Omni Workhub a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Omni Workhub may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omni Workhub and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total amount you paid to Omni Workhub in the 12 months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform and may require re-acceptance before continued use. The version number and date at the top of this document indicate the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
