Omni Workhub ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Omni Workhub platform.
We collect the following categories of information: (a) Account information — your name, email address, and profile details provided during sign-up or through your connected identity provider (e.g., Google); (b) Content you create — documents and files you upload, research notes, conversations, citations, and other workspace content; (c) Usage data — features you access, actions you perform, and platform interactions used to improve the service; (d) Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically.
Your information is used to: provide and operate platform functionality; manage and authenticate your account; process AI requests and return responses; enable research workspace features such as document analysis, note generation, and knowledge management; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with applicable legal obligations; and improve our services through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
When you send messages or upload documents, that content is transmitted to AI model providers (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. Your content is not used to train AI models. AI requests are processed ephemerally and are not retained by model providers beyond the duration of the request, consistent with their respective privacy policies.
Omni Workhub uses the following third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Your data is stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL infrastructure with row-level security enforced. Each user's data is logically isolated — no user can access another user's projects, documents, or conversations. Data is stored in data centers that comply with industry-standard security certifications.
You have the right to: (a) access your personal information through your profile and settings pages; (b) update or correct your profile information at any time; (c) request deletion of your account and all associated data — submit a request to privacy@omniworkhub.com; (d) export your data upon request. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and workspace content are removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g., billing records).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, row-level security on our database, and server-side authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed without authorization. We will notify affected users of any confirmed data breach as required by applicable law.
Omni Workhub is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at privacy@omniworkhub.com and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.
We use a small number of cookies for authentication session management and to remember your onboarding acceptance status. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can configure cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The version number and date at the top of this document reflect the current version.
